We are very concerned about customer satisfaction and customer service. If you wish to return merchandise for some reason, please notify Tom, at Cotuit Casuals. We are a  small company, and do not offer cash back or credit card refunds . We will exchange the item for size, color, design, or other merchandise in the store of equal value.
